By Paul Glader. Xerox Corp. Chief Executive Officer Ursula Burns said her company will keep doing acquisitions, but not as large as the $5.6 billion takeover of business process outsourcing firm Affiliated Computer Services Inc. that closed on Friday.
Dallas-based ACS will expand Xerox’s service offerings into payrolls, accounts payable, information technology outsourcing and other business and accounting functions. More than 90% of shareholders of both companies voted to approve the deal on Friday.
